OUR PROCESS

Discovery & Intake

We begin by learning about your space, needs, and vision. Once you're ready to move forward, we request a 25% design deposit to reserve your place in our queue. From there, we gather project details, appliance specs, and, if possible, verify field measurements.

Design & Engineering Developement

Using the information you provide, we create your initial set of drawings and meet to review the layout and scope.
You’ll receive:

  • V1 drawings

  • A design review meeting

  • Preliminary pricing

If any revisions are needed, we’ll make a V2 (Final) drawing set. Significant changes after this point may require a redesign fee.

Final Sign-Off

Once the design is approved, you’ll sign off on the drawings—marking Design Closeout. This locks in your layout, selections, and pricing.
At this point:

  • You’ll verify details with your trades (contractor, builder, etc.)

  • We issue a production deposit invoice (50%)

  • Your project enters our production queue

Production & Prep

Your cabinetry is now in production. Every piece is custom-built to your specifications by our in-house team. We’ll communicate a target timeline and send a final invoice before delivery.

Note: Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to delivery. Shipping will not be scheduled without it.

Delivery & Coordination

We coordinate with you or your site lead to ensure your space is ready for delivery. You’ll inspect everything upon arrival and notify us within 24 hours of any damage or concerns.

If your project isn’t ready for delivery, we offer short-term storage at no charge for 5 business days. Beyond that, storage fees apply.

Wrap-Up & Warranty

We’re still here after the delivery. You’ll receive guidance on caring for your cabinetry, and your project is protected by our warranty and standards. Our cabinets are made to last—and we stand by them.
