Quotes & Pricing

  • Reach out through our contact page with some basic info. We’ll follow up to discuss scope and provide a ballpark range. If you have a fully designed project and selections are already made, we can provide accurate pricing.

  • Initial consultations are free. A design retainer is required to begin detailed engineering and pricing. This is typically 5% of the lower end number on our rough pricing and it applied to the total project cost if you decide to move forward.

  • Size, layout complexity, materials, finishes, and hardware all impact pricing. Specialty hardware like pocket doors, lighting, glass, open cabinets are on the top top end of add ons.

  • No, we aim to be transparent from the start. If anything changes, we’ll communicate clearly before moving forward.

Install & Delivery

  • We can typically handle installation locally ourselves to ensure everything fits and functions perfectly. Contractors wishing to install themselves is ok too, and we will provide support if any questions need to be addressed.

  • Yes. We’re used to collaborating with other trades to keep your project on track.

  • We’re based in Northeast Ohio and take on projects throughout the greater Cleveland area. However, we can ship our cabinets all over the country.

  • We carefully foam-wrap and deliver all cabinetry with our trusted white glove delivery partner to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each cabinet has a label on the face of the wrapping that coincides with our shop drawings.

  • We’ll take care of it if the damage is from us. Quality control and service are a big part of our commitment to you. We have quick turn around times on damaged parts for contractors that need new parts, but this comes with a replacement cost.

Design & Customization

  • Every piece we make is fully custom, designed and built for your space with premium materials and careful attention to detail. We’re focused on creating a seamless, high-end experience from start to finish.

  • Absolutely—Pinterest boards, sketches, mood boards, or photos are all welcome. We love turning your vision into reality.

  • Yes to both. We can guide you through the design ourselves or collaborate directly with your designer.

  • We work with a range of wood species, finishes, and hardware options. We’ll guide you toward choices that balance style, function, and longevity. Check out our resources page for more information.

Process & Timeline

  • We start with a consultation, then move into design & engineering, fabrication, and finally installation if needed. We’ll walk you through each step along the way.

  • It depends on the scope, but most average sized projects take 8-10 weeks from design approval to delivery.

  • The earlier, the better. Ideally, contact us before framing or electrical work to avoid rework and delays.

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes after production may incur additional time and cost. We understand some changes will need to be done urgently, and will be handled accordingly.

  • We focus on cabinetry but coordinate closely with your builder or designer to keep everything aligned. We have an internal project manager that over sees the entire process and communicates with you.

Support & Warranty

  • We stand behind our work. All cabinetry comes with a limited warranty covering craftsmanship and material defects. Head over to our resources page to download the PDF.

  • Just reach out—we’re happy to help, even years later. We keep all files and records of your project in the cloud for the life of the cabinets. We do provide a touch up kit upon delivery.

  • Yes! We’ll give you guidance on how to clean and care for your cabinets based on the finish and material used. Download the PDF from our resources page.

  • Fill out our contact form or give us a call. We’ll set up a time to chat and figure out if we’re the right fit for your project.

  • Any plans, measurements, inspiration images, or rough budget are helpful—but not required.

  • Yes, we require a design retainer to begin the engineering phase unless you have a completed design and selections are made already. See our process page to learn more about this.

  • We often book out a few months in advance. The sooner you reach out, the better we can plan together.
