Jason leads the charge in engineering and development, with a creative mind that’s always optimizing shop organization. Outside of work, he enjoys restoring classic vehicles, capturing moments through photography, experimenting with rendering, and working on his century-old home.

Cole has been with us for over five years and is the go-to guy for anything complex or critical in the shop. He knows every corner of our workflow and brings precision to everything he touches. When he’s not at work, you might catch him playing in a band or settling into his new home.

For the past two years, Shaun has been our finishing expert, now expanding his skills across other areas of the shop. He’s a die-hard Cleveland sports fan and a proud family man who brings dedication and heart to everything he does.

Josh runs his own furniture business and brings serious craftsmanship and work ethic to our team. With a background in farming and a big family at home, he’s no stranger to hard work or keeping things grounded.

With 20 years in the trades, Ben brings experience, global perspective, and a love for all things mechanical—especially British and European cars. He’s lived around the world, bringing a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to every project he manages.

Nick studied cabinetry and is now training to become our next lead engineer. Always eager to learn (and always the first to help lift something heavy), he’s got a strong work ethic, a passion for fitness, and a bright future ahead.
